Q: Do I need to light the candle when using a candle warmer?
A: No.
Q: What if there's not enough candle wax left for the warmer to reach?
A: When the wax level is low, you can elevate the candle to allow the warmer to continue working.
Q: Why does the scent seem weaker after several uses?
A: After 5-6 uses, the surface essential oils evaporate. If no fragrance is released when reheated, pour off the top layer of melted wax.
