【About Customization】

1. Scope：2 portraits + one sentence engraving
2. Style：Cartoon portraits/realistic portraits
3. Cartoon portraits: more enlarged depictions, not completely realistic
4. Realistic portrait: realistic depiction according to the photo, close to the person
5. Photos: Clear half-length/full-length photos. The portrait draft is drawn based on the similarity of the photos. Please choose photos carefully.
6. Drawing: A draft will be provided after payment is completed, which can be fine-tuned and modified. Replacement of photos, redrawing and temporary cancellation will incur royalties. Additional charge for artwork for more than 2 people is $100/person
7. Artwork: If you cancel the order after the artwork is published, you will be charged a design fee: $150 for the artwork and $100 for the portrait design per person.
8. Engraving: Clear all LABEL and engrave the front by default. If a different pattern is printed on the back, an additional $100 will be charged.
9. Time: After confirming the draft, it will take 3-5 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) to complete the work.
10. Urgent mail: For urgent mail, please communicate and confirm the designated collection date in advance before purchasing the urgent mail service.
