Founded in 1729, Ruinart is the oldest Champagne house and is recognized around the world as a symbol of expertise and the French way of life. With its three centuries of history, it continues to consolidate the outstanding quality of its wines, recognized among thousands of people thanks to its unique bottle shape. The winery has chosen the Chardonnay grape variety, which is delicate and brittle and is the core of all famous cuvées. Its wine cellars are also very famous. The network of cellars 30 meters deep underground is a monument that can be traced back to the Gallo-Roman era, called "Crayeres". Ruinart is currently also a member of the LVMH Group, but has a low-key style and is rarely exposed in the media.

Made from Chardonnay grapes, Blanc de Blancs Ruinart is a madly elegant and refined cuvée with a beautiful bright pale gold color that complements the elegance of its transparent bottle. The perfect summer aperitif champagne to sip by the pool or on the sunny terrace

Aroma: Strong at first, with aromas of fresh fruits, especially ripe citrus fruits. The second floral scent is very delicate, with notes of lime blossom and white fruit (white peach)

Taste: Smooth and harmonious, somewhere between tension and roundness. Full texture and not overly boozy, with excellent freshness.

Pair with: scallops, carpaccio or snapper tartare. It will also be served with pineapple and shrimp kebabs. Fresh and white fish are also perfect partners
