Customization Details

• Scope: Engraving for up to 2 people + 1 line of text
• Portrait Style: Choice of 2 styles – Cartoon (Q-style, not fully realistic) / Realistic (close likeness)
• Text: Up to 200 English characters or 50 Chinese characters (fewer characters allow for larger font size; Japanese and Korean also accepted)
• Photo Requirements: Clear half-body or full-body photo; portrait sketches are based on likeness to the photo, so please choose carefully.
• Illustration: A draft will be provided after payment for minor adjustments. Changes in photos or cancellations after the draft may incur a design fee. An extra $100 per person applies for more than two figures.
• Engraving: Default is to clear all labels and engrave on the front. A different design on the back costs an additional $100. Color choices include gold and silver; additional colors are available for an extra $50 per color.
• Timeline: Production takes 3-5 business days after draft approval (excludes weekends).
• Rush Orders: For urgent orders, please confirm the required delivery date in advance and add the rush service.
